day 69..... Zesty Turkey Skillet

Saute onion and garlic. Brown ground turkey. Add some zucchini cut into matchsticks. Add 2 11.5 ounce cans of V-8. Simmer until zucchini is tender and juice is reduced and starting to thicken. Serve over rice or noodles.
                                                                                                                       
Are you getting tired of looking at the Caribbean blue plates, because I sure am.
